You may resume normal use of your driveway 24 hours following the completion of sealcoating application.

We cannot perform sealcoating in bad weather conditions. Even brief exposure to rain for as little as 2 minutes will compromise the sealcoating product. Clear skies are required for proper application. When surface temperatures exceed 60 degrees, we incorporate asphalt sealer during the application process to adjust for the temperature conditions.
